Tata Realty & Infrastructure reported a standalone net loss of ₹43.65 crore for the quarter ended June 2026, compared with a net loss of ₹25.89 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous year. Sales declined 45.60% to ₹13.55 crore in the quarter ended June 2026 from ₹24.91 crore during the quarter ended June 2025.

The company's financial position deteriorated significantly on multiple fronts. The operating profit margin contracted substantially, reflecting deeper operational challenges during the first quarter of fiscal 2027. The net loss widened by 69% compared to the prior-year quarter.
